Friday Food

Pretty successful day today for food. My points range is 24 and with exercise I was at 23 so not bad at all. I did eat a lot of my points in snacks rather than regular meals and for some reason I had a major sweet tooth and you know when you start eating sweets its almost like you cant stop but told myself I had a great weigh in today and could not let myself get out of control like that.

Tried a new simple recipe for tilapia which is great, simple and low in points so Ill post that next. I love trying new things, making them work and they are good and good for you!

Also tried the Pasta Roni Shells and White Cheddar and it was TERRIBLE do not try it..yuck! It looks so good on the box but the taste, nasty!

Also, I was thinking today other than really focusing on what my points include have I done anything different and how could I forget I havent eaten any red meat at all. After my little spell of gaining two weeks in a row and eating good and exercising I changed a few things and obviously they seem to be working quite well.

Hey Amber!

The recipe you posted sounds great, I will have to try it. I am always looking for new meal ideas!

I know what you mean about the sweet tooth! Last night I just couldn't stop eating! But I guess that's what the flex points are there for right? Once I get it in my head that I need something sweet, there's no stopping me! Have you tried the 100 calorie Cadbury Thins?? The Toffee is Excellent and they are only 2 points and definitely cure a hardcore craving for chocolate!!

Hope you are having a great weekend!!
