Tuesday Food

I was planning on doing my slim in 6 video as well as the combo of walking/running but I was already sore from it last night, then I went for a walk/run (trying to build myself up to running the entire time) and my legs just couldnt take it anymore so figured 45 minutes is still pretty good but of course I guess since I had plans for it I kind of beat myself up over it but also said I dont need to overdue myself either.

I feel like today I didnt do too bad, this morning we had a staff meeting and my boss brought in bagels and I totally forgot last week when she said it so as I was eating my NASTY bar (yes I really did find another one that was gross) I remember oh crap we get bagels this morning. I was really trying to eat it down since I really wanted something in my belly it had a little better taste then yesterday but nothing worthy of buying again. I tried two new lines (South Beach and Kashi) and hated both of them guess I need to just stick with my quaker blueberry muffin bars or my kelloggs protein bars so Ill know Ill be content. Anyway so back to the I only had half a bagel and ate the light cream cheese so I was pretty proud of myself for sure.

Breakfast: 1/2 Brueggers Cinnamon Raisin Bagel (3), light cream cheese (2), 1/2 South Beach Diet Chocolate Peanut Butter Meal Replacement Bar (2)

Lunch: Lean Cuisine BBQ-recipe chicken pizza (7)

Dinner: 3 El Monterey Chicken & Cheese Taquitos (8), 15 Baked Tostitos Scoops (2), 2 tbsp. Light Sour Cream (1), 2 tbsp TGIF Salsa (0)

Snacks: Cantaloupe (0)

Water: 67.6 oz.

Exercise: 45 minute walk/run

WW pts: 26 - 4 EX Pts = 22

Great job on holding back at the staff meeting! I alwasy find it hard here at work because people are ALWAYS bringing in junk food for everyone! Especially during any holiday! It's insane! So good work!
Don't beat yourself up over the workout. 45 mins is fatastic and you should focus on the positive!! Great job on getting in 45 mins. Are you doing this on the treadmill or outside? I can't wait till it's nice enough to walk outside again. today, here in New Brunswick it is -30 degrees Celsius!! Brrrr!!!! Hopefully warmer days are ahead!!!

Its all outside, I dont have a treadmill just an elliptical. Today is supposed to be 68 degrees so a major walk is in store for sure!
