Food Journal

My food for today and yesterday
Monday, Feb. 18
Tuesday, Feb. 19

Today was much better than yesterday but still a work in progress. My WW pts was under 30 so thats a big start since well Ive had the munchies and well anything else in between that fit in my mouth I dont know what my deal has been. I dont ever snack like that.

Exercise ehh its a work in progress I just havent been really motivated to work out Im not sure why, it seems to come and go. I need to just do it and stop coming up with excuses.

Water was much better today with 50.7 oz

Now I just need to get the motivation for workout and Ill be all set..any tips to get remotivated???!

Hey, I've been reading your blog for a bit now but I'm finally commenting! As far as motivation goes, imagine how amazing you feel after working out - drained, sweaty and like you really accomplished something. When you have the choice to either work out or do something else, before you make the decision imagine that feeling and it might just sway you towards the gym! It worked for me, and it's gotten to the point where I crave that feeling and not working out just isn't an option.
