Tuesday Food

Thanks for all the wonderful comments I really do enjoy reading each and every comment it truly helps to keep me on track and knowing someone will kick my butt..yep thats great! Today wasnt a bad day but Ive got to get my sodium down, it was up to 3600 mg..yikes it should be around 2300 or less so no wonder Im gaining weight way too much sodium thats for sure. Sugar is a bit better Ive been eating around 65-90 g of sugar and today I was at 53 so thats better. Carbs, fat, protein were all a bit better so hopefully all that stuff will help out.

I got in 2 fruits (yes, yes I love my bananas) and lettuce so yeah I beat my April goal for today..woo hoo!!
Breakfast: Banana (1), Quaker Baked Blueberry Muffin Bar (2)
Lunch: Old Spaghetti Factory Chicken Parmigiana (8)
Dinner: chicken with A.1. New Orleans Cajun Marinade (3), lettuce (0), Ken's Steakhouse Lite Caesar Dressing (3), Hormel Bacon Bits (0), Feta Cheese (2), 15 Town House Original crackers (5)
Snacks: Banana (1), Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk (2), Hostess 100 calorie pack Carrot cake with Cream Cheese Icing (2)
Water: 67.6 oz.
Exercise: 75 minute walk
WW pts: 28 - 4 EX = 24
Total Calories: 1438
Calories Burned: 322

OMG you are eating all the right thigns! I need to start copying some of your meals. ;) I'm having trouble staying within my points so I end up using like 10 weekly points in one day!
