Well thought I would post all my food before I forget.
Breakfast: Quaker baked blueberry muffin bar, water
Lunch: country fried steak, green beans, 2 spoons of mashed potatoes, cornbread (no butter!), water
Dinner: Wendys grilled chicken wrap (grilled chicken, honey mustard, lettuce, cheese), chili, 4 crackers, water
Snack: Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal (.75 cup), 1% milk (.5 cup), Hostess 100 calorie pack Carrot cake with Cream Cheese Icing, lipton herbal cinnamon apple tea, blueberry cobble ice cream ( 1 cup)
Exercise: nada
Water: 50.7
